Dispute

Dispute
by William Seelbach
This is a debt collection law firm and this communication is an attempt to collect a debt.  Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

If you are writing KWA on or before the due date appearing on your demand letter, KWA must stop collection on any amount you dispute until we send you information that shows you owe the debt.

If you are writing KWA after the due date appearing on your demand letter or a date did not appear on your letter, KWA will not stop collection on any amount you dispute; however, we will still send you information that shows you owe the debt.

To dispute a debt, you may fill out the electronic forms below, call us toll-free at 866-368-6500, send in the tear-off form from the initial letter we sent to you (consumer accounts only), or write a letter to us at our mailing address found on your letter or in the “Contact Information” below.

To protect your private information and help us identify your account, all methods require an accurate verification of your identity and account information. Any responses which do not match the information KWA has on file may result in a denial of the dispute request or in KWA sending requested information by regular mail to the last known address on the account.
