Whitney Fooks joined KWA in July 2026 as a Bankruptcy Attorney. Ms. Fooks concentrates her practice in the area of creditor-side bankruptcy, representing creditors and protecting their interests throughout the bankruptcy process.
Prior to joining KWA, Whitney gained experience across several areas of law, including criminal law, civil litigation, probate, and family law. Her diverse legal background provides her with a practical and well-rounded perspective when evaluating matters and advocating on behalf of clients.
Outside of the practice of law, Whitney enjoys baking and traveling.
