Ben joined Keith D. Weiner & Assoc. Co., L.P.A., (“KWA”) in May 2024 as a bankruptcy attorney in the firm’s Louisville office. He represents creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy in Kentucky & Indiana. Ben also assists with the firm’s collections practice.
Prior to joining KWA, Ben was an associate attorney at a large debtor-side consumer bankruptcy firm in Louisville. Additionally, he has experience in family law, estate planning, and general litigation. Ben was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Bankruptcy Law in 2023 and 2024.
Ben graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville with degrees in Political Science and Economics in 2017. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 2020. Outside of work, Ben enjoys supporting his Louisville Cardinals, playing golf, and spending time with his family (including his two dogs, Wrigley & Sgt. Pepper).
