Wes recently joined Keith D. Weiner & Assoc. Co., L.P.A. as a bankruptcy and collections attorney. He represents creditors in all phases of the bankruptcy process in federal bankruptcy court. Wes also represents both secured and unsecured creditors in all phases of collection litigation.
His prior experience includes bankruptcy and collection litigation, family court issues and criminal defense as a member of the Jefferson County Public Defender. Wes is licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Before entering the legal profession, Wes spent ten years in the United States Air Force as a Networks Intelligence Analyst. Wes is a loving husband and father who enjoys reading, traveling and trying to keep up with his daughter.
